About Sirona Technologies

At Sirona Technologies, we are developing direct air capture (DAC) technology to remove CO2 from the air and combat climate change. We are a young startup and are now scaling up our prototypes into industrial machines ready for mass production.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented electrician to help build and wire our Direct Air Capture machines. You’ll be working closely with mechanical engineers and technicians on-site, wiring industrial equipment, routing cables, interpreting schematics, and helping us scale our manufacturing from prototypes to production.

Responsibilities

As an electrician, you will:

• Assemble and wire electrical cabinets from fine 0.2 mm² signal lines to 35 mm² power cables.
• Mount and connect electrical components, including relays, reed controllers, sensors, breakers, and PCB control boards.
• Route and install cables on trays across industrial machines, containers, and modular skids.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics, layout drawings, and terminal plans, and follow them precisely.
• Apply clean, reliable wiring practices: grounding, wire labeling, strain relief, and cable protection.
• Use professional tools like ferrule crimpers, torque drivers, and multimeters to ensure quality and safety.
• Work alongside engineers and mechanical technicians during builds, and communicate clearly when blockers arise.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical assembly or industrial machine wiring.
• Familiarity with low-voltage and control systems.
• Confidence reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• A structured and detail-driven working style.
• Clear, proactive communicator and team player.

Nice to haves

• Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar design tools.
• Ability to support electrical layout and component specification.
• Understanding of electrical sizing (fuses, cables, terminals) based on current, distance, and application.
