About Sirona Technologies

At Sirona Technologies, we are developing direct air capture (DAC) technology to remove CO2 from the air and combat climate change. We are a young startup and are now scaling up our prototypes into industrial machines ready for mass production.

We are looking for an exceptional and mission-driven Supply Chain Associate to kick-start building our global supply chain. You will play a pivotal role in owning Sirona’s supply chain planning, purchasing and logistics with its rapidly iterating product design and ambitious deployment goals. It’s a unique opportunity to work across all aspects of a supply chain.

Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will help build Sirona’s supply chain from scratch, a high-ownership role inside a fast-paced hardware startup:

  • Own our early purchasing, vendor management, and logistics processes
  • Build basic tools (ERP-lite, inventory tracker, lead time dashboards) to bring visibility
  • Help launch our first planning process: balancing demand, inventory, and capacity
  • Design workflows, not just follow them - you’ll influence how our operations scale
  • Learn how supply chains work across hardware, manufacturing, and field ops - end-to-end
  • Be the person everyone calls when “something broke and it needs fixing by today"
Requirements
  • Business, engineering, or supply chain background with 0–3 years of experience
  • Ideally, experience in a hardware business with in-house manufacturing/assembly
  • Passionate about building systems from scratch and making operations run smoothly
  • Strong with spreadsheets, great at structuring and problem solving while building reusable tools
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Smart but humble, with a bias for action

If you're passionate about fighting climate change and eager to join a fast-paced organization where your contributions will have a substantial impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Send us an email with a brief description of the work you've done that you are the most proud of.
